Endurance Challenge

MONTREAL 21K

Boutique Endurance is proud to offer you our service and expertise on a training program to prepare all levels of runners for the half marathon to be held at the MONTREAL 21K event on April 18, 2010. Under the direction of Bert Barcelos, manager, experienced runner and marathoner (2:32 Sacramento Marathon), Pierre Léveillé, owner, Olympian (400m hurdles, Los Angeles 1984), with a bachelor in physical education and NCCP certified Level III distance coach. We will guide you twice weekly for 14 weeks to prepare you for the Montreal 21 K challenge.

You can join Team Endurance every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM (starting January 10th) and Wednesday at 6:30 PM  at the store, 6579 St. Denis.  Participation fees are 75$ for the entire program.

The full 15-week Team Endurance training programme for the Montreal 21K is available in pdf (Adobe Acrobat 7). We recommend the two group runs (Wednesday and Sunday) and ideally two or three other sessions on your own, depending on how much time you have.

 

Finally, our training is based on the popular formula that our late friend, great runner and co-founder of Boutique Endurance, Phillipe Laheurte liked to use :

 

Planning (the Endurance plan)

= Performance (completing the Montréal 21K)
