Our training group aims for runners who want take advantage of a friendly ambiance and a 12-week accessible program towards the 2010 Oasis Marathon on September 5th 2010.
We have two group workouts per week, on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 09:00 AM.
Sunday morning workouts consist of a long run to improve your endurance.
Wednesday's specific workouts will include the following:
- Interval workouts - Hill workouts - Fartleks (varied pace) - General conditioning - ABC's to improve your technique
The program starts on June 10 and entry fees are 75$.
Since 1988, Endurance has been a proud partner of what was originally known as the West Island Running Series. This series, the most popular in Québec, is always expanding throughout the Greater Montréal area, and now consists of 12 races integrated with the Endurance Greater Montreal Running Series.
