Identify your stride

The length of our stride and the way our foot lands on the ground can cause different impacts on our body.

A runner with a long stride and heel strike generates a greater impact on their body when landing. In this case, a shoe with sufficient cushioning may be relevant to limit impacts and eliminate as many risks of injury as possible.

Whereas a runner with a shorter, lighter stride and a ground position on the middle or even the front of the foot generates less impact on the ground, and therefore on his body. This runner can afford to move to a lighter shoe with less absorption.
