16-week training for 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km and the Marathon

Starting date :  January 10, 2024

Duration : 16 weeks

Weekly frequency : 2 times

Hourly :

  • Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. (intervals)
  • Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. for the long outing

Prerequisites:

  • Running weekly for over 60 days
  • Be able to run 12 km continuously

Group objective:

  • Complete a 21.1 km or marathon depending on the runner's goal
  • Aim for performance over a 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km or marathon depending on the runner's objective
