16-week personalized training program adapted to your needs and objectives:

The meeting with the kinesiologist lasts 30 minutes and includes the following points:

  • Getting to know your history in running
  • Evaluating and defining your objectives
  • The development of a 16-week training plan according to your objectives (given in the days following the meeting)
  • Sharing your training speeds
  • Follow-up by email with the kinesiologist and adjust the plan if necessary

These training plans are suitable for all runners, from beginners to advanced
