Personalized 16-week training program tailored to your needs and goals:

The meeting with the kinesiologist lasts 30 minutes and includes the following points:

  • Knowing your running history
  • Assessing and defining your goals
  • The development of a 16-week training plan according to your objectives (submitted in the days following the meeting)
  • Sharing your training speeds
  • A follow-up by email with the kinesiologist and an adjustment of the plan if necessary
