GEL 100 CAF 100 is a concentrate of carbohydrates and caffeine encapsulated in a biopolymer matrix. It is made up of a unique blend of glucose and fructose (ratio 0.8:1) which allows absorption of up to 100 g of carbohydrates per hour. It is the first energy gel developed with hydrogel technology. The 40 g servings contain 60% carbohydrates (25 g of carbohydrates per serving) and 100 mg of caffeine, the equivalent of an espresso.
