CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Full-time / Part-time

Independent store specialized in running, Endurance has been supporting Quebec runners of all levels since 1985.
Our team of advisors is a great asset to the store. As experts and enthusiasts, we value professional and personalized service for every person who enters the shop.

 

DESCRIPTION

As an advisor, your role is to provide quality service by tailoring recommendations to the specific needs of the client. Offer a personalized experience by asking questions, showing interest in their goals, and demonstrating your engagement.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong interest in running is a must!
• Show team spirit
• A dynamic, friendly person who demonstrates autonomy
• A caring person who is dedicated to customer satisfaction
• A proactive person who seeks to help and improve customer service as well as the company
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Available to work at minimum two shifts per week during a weekend day

 

TASKS

Customer service : Guide the customer by recommending the appropriate equipment according to their goals, identify needs by showing interest and asking the right questions, ensure after-sales service

Teamwork Assist colleagues in completing tasks, ask colleagues questions during problematic situations, offer help to the team

Knowledge of products Participate in training activities, listen to the provided capsules, stay updated on running news

Store operation Assist in receiving inventory, restock displays as needed, process transactions at the checkout

Store cleanliness Participate in cleaning at opening and closing, ensure the neat presentation of products
