An independent boutique specializing in running, Endurance has been supporting Quebec runners of all levels since 1985.
Our team of advisors is a key strength of the store. As experts and enthusiasts, we value professional and personalized service for every person who enters the store.

DESCRIPTION

As a counselor, your role is to provide quality service by tailoring recommendations to the client's specific needs. Offer a personalized experience by asking questions, taking an interest in their goals, and demonstrating your interest.

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong interest in running is a must!
• Demonstrate team spirit
• A dynamic, friendly person who demonstrates autonomy
• A caring person with customer satisfaction at heart
• A proactive person who seeks to help and develop customer service as well as the company
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Available to work at least two shifts per week including one weekend day

TASKS

Customer Service : Guide the customer by recommending the appropriate equipment according to their objectives, identify needs by showing interest and asking appropriate questions, provide after-sales service

Teamwork : Assisting colleagues in carrying out tasks, asking questions of colleagues in problematic situations, offering help to the team

Product knowledge : Participate in training activities, listen to the capsules provided, stay abreast of running news

Store Operations : Assist with receiving inventory, replenish displays when necessary, complete cash register transactions

Store cleanliness : Participate in cleaning at opening and closing, ensure the careful presentation of products
