Delivery method
After your purchase, our advisors will check the availability of your merchandise. The item will be automatically set aside and your payment will be accepted. Items will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment is accepted via Canada Post. You can cancel your order at any time before your item is shipped by our services. Delivery fees
Store Pickup: Free*
For orders under $100.00, a fixed fee of $10.00 will apply.
Return: A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
Return policy
When returning your order, please keep in mind that all items must be at regular price, new, unused, unworn, and unchanged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
You have 30 days to return your purchases to us.
Also, please note the following:
- Used items: We are unable to accept returns of used items.
- To maintain fairness and adhere to hygiene standards, we can only process returns or exchanges for new, unworn, unchanged items with no signs of wear, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We understand the need to try on your new shoes to ensure they fit, but please make sure to try them on indoors.
- If your shoes show signs of wear, they cannot be returned.
- Sale items: Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. This includes promotional items, items purchased during sale events, or items purchased using discount codes or special offers. However, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, which is why, depending on availability, we may be able to offer size exchanges for sale items. Please note that shipping fees will apply in this case.
- Food and nutritional items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of nutritional items.
- If there is an issue with your product, you may be entitled to a manufacturer's warranty.
- Hydration devices such as water bottles, packs, handbags, and flasks: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of such hydration devices.
- Some personal items, including insoles, underwear, and briefs: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of these items. If there is an issue with your product, you may be entitled to a manufacturer's warranty.
- Electronics and other devices: We do not accept returns of electronic devices or devices, including but not limited to.
- In-store and pickup orders: In-store purchases or orders placed for pickup are not eligible for free return shipping. Instead, we ask you to return your items directly to the store where they were purchased.
- One pair of shoes per order: If you are returning multiple pairs from one order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for the additional shoes ordered.
Return: A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.

Secure payments
We accept VISA and MasterCard. All payments are made through our secure website. Charges will appear on your statement as "Endurance Store".
Order cancellation
At any time, you can cancel your order before your item is shipped by our services.

Taxes
Taxes will be applied at checkout. All prices on the website are excluding taxes.
Coupons and Promotions
Coupons and promotions cannot be combined with products on sale, we reserve the right to cancel an order if this point is not respected.
Gift Cards
There is no fee to use the gift card.
The gift card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
A balance may be kept on the gift card.
Gift card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
The gift card is valid online and at our store.
The gift card can be reloaded in store only.
The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Customers can check their gift card balance on our website.
The gift card is not limited in time.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you make a purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to obtain information about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to our collecting and using that information for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How can I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Use.
SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage systems, databases, and general application. It is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. This data is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Data related to your purchase transaction is retained only for the time necessary to complete the transaction and is then deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standards established by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to provide the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. Please note that some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information used for that transaction may be subject to U.S. laws, including the Patriot Act. SECTION 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to prevent it from being lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed inappropriately. If you provide us with credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 – COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We list them here so you can choose whether or not to accept them. _session_id: unique token, session – Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.). _shopify_visit: no data stored, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit – Used by Shopify's internal statistics tool to record the number of visits._shopify_uniq: no data stored, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the following day – Counts the number of visits by a unique customer.cart: unique token, persists for 2 weeks – Stores information about the contents of your cart._secure_session_id: unique token, session.storefront_digest: unique token, indefinite duration – Used to determine whether the current visitor has access to the store when a password is required.
SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your province or state of residence, or that you have reached the age of majority and have given your consent to allow any minor in your care to use this site.
SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. We therefore encourage you to review it regularly. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you here so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Boutique Endurance mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Boutique Endurance (“Boutique Endurance”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Boutique Endurance’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Boutique Endurance through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Boutique Endurance. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18557502043 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Boutique Endurance mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
