The Boutique Endurance racing club was created for the first time in January 2006. The club's objective at the time was to promote running by offering specialized support for runners.

In the first year, 8 runners registered with the Endurance Team . Over the years, the number of runners has gradually increased. In 2017 and 2018, more than 100 runners registered at our various clinics during the year. Besides, we have different groups to meet the needs of almost all runners. Starting from the runner who starts going to the marathoner wishing to improve, again and again.

Here are our different packages:

Training with the group for a period of 14 weeks

Hours:

  • Wednesday evening 6.30 p.m. (advanced group intervals)
  • Thursday evening 6.30 p.m. (intermediate group intervals)
  • Sunday morning (The long outing of the two groups)

From June 21 to September 27:8:30 am (Both groups)

Goals:

  • Complete a 5 km and/or a 10 km
  • Aim for performance over a 5 km and/or a 10 km
  • Complete a half marathon and/or a marathon
  • Aim for performance in a half marathon and/or a marathon

Included with registration:

- A semi-personalized training program for the entire duration of the package
- Muscle building program
- The Endurance team's camisole
- 10% discount on regular priced merchandise in stores (except electronics)
- Some track training from May (including 2 VMA tests)
- Access to free conferences throughout the season.
- Access to special events (Miami and Philadelphia)
- 50% discount on a personalized race program

Training with the group for a period of 22 weeks

Hours:

  • Wednesday evening 6.30 p.m. (advanced group intervals)
  • Thursday evening 6.30 p.m. (intermediate group intervals)
  • Sunday morning (The long outing of the two groups)

From June 21 to November 22:8:30 a.m. (Both groups)

Goals:

  • Complete a 5 km and/or a 10 km
  • Aim for performance over a 5 km and/or a 10 km
  • Complete a half marathon and/or a marathon
  • Aim for performance in a half marathon and/or a marathon

Included with registration:

- A semi-personalized training program for the entire duration of the package

From June 21 to June 21, 2021:8:30 a.m. (Both groups)

Goals:

  • Complete a 5 km and/or a 10 km
  • Aim for performance over a 5 km and/or a 10 km
  • Complete a half marathon and/or a marathon
  • Aim for performance in a half marathon and/or a marathon

Our trainers:

Dominic Royer , he is a kinesiologist, graduated in massage therapy and head trainer of the endurance team since 2014

Motto: You have to know and appreciate running slowly to become a good runner.

Pierre Léveillé , he is the owner of the Endurance store. He has been a kinesiologist and trainer since the club was founded in 2006.

Motto: The “peak” of our performance comes by following a progressive plan, by being Patient and Persevering.

Bert Barcelos , he has been the managing director of the Endurance store and coach since the club was founded in 2006.

Motto: Training must remain a pleasure, but sometimes you have to push a little more to improve!
