44 week training for 5K, 10K, 21.1 km and the Marathon

Duration: 44 weeks
Weekly frequency :2 times
Hours:
- Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. for the long outing of all groups
- Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. (intervals)
Prerequisites:
- Running weekly for more than 60 days
- Be able to run 5 km continuously
Group objective:
- Complete a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's objective
- Aim for performance over a 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km or marathon depending on the runner's objective
