Duration: 44 weeks

Weekly frequency :2 times per week

Schedule:

  • Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. for the long outing of all groups
  • Wednesday evening at 6.30 p.m. (intervals)

Prerequisites:

  • Run weekly for more than 60 days
  • Be able to run 5 km continuously

Group objective:

  • Complete a 5 km, a 10 km, a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's goal
  • Aim for performance over a 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's goal
