Running Club - Half Year

Training for a half marathon and/or spring marathon

Start date: January 11th, 2026

Duration: mid-January to end of May

Weekly frequency : 2 times

Schedule :

  • Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. (intervals)
  • Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. for the long run

Prerequisites:

  • Running weekly for more than 60 days
  • Be able to run 12 km continuously

Group objective:

  • Complete a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's goal
  • Aim for performance in a 5 km, a 10 km, a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's goal

Included with registration:

- A semi-personalized training program for the entire duration of the package

- The Endurance Team tank top

- 10% discount on regular-priced merchandise in store (except electronics)

- Some track training when conditions allow it
