• Discussion of the client's health history and reasons for kinesiology consultation
• Private training: supervision, support and motivation
• Motivational interviewing: adopting new lifestyle habits (e.g., quitting smoking, leaving a sedentary lifestyle, etc.)
• Private training follow-ups: program adjustments
• Feedback on the assessments: results, explanations and advice
