1st meeting with a kinesiologist: 90 minutes

  • Assessments: posture, running technique and personalized advice

2nd and 3rd meetings: 2x 30 minutes

  • Submission of an analysis report (2nd meeting)
  • Delivery of a 16-week race training plan
  • Videos and photos as needed
