Personalized 16-week training program tailored to your needs and goals:
The meeting with the kinesiologist lasts 30 minutes and includes the following points:
- Knowing your running history
- Assessing and defining your goals
- The development of a 16-week training plan according to your objectives (submitted in the days following the meeting)
- Sharing your training speeds
- A follow-up by email with the kinesiologist and an adjustment of the plan if necessary
These training plans are suitable for all runners, from beginner to advanced!
