Duration: 14 weeks

Weekly frequency :2 times

Schedule:

  • Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. for the long outing
  • Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. (intervals)

Prerequisites:

  • Running weekly for more than 60 days
  • Be able to run 12 km continuously

Group objective:

  • Complete a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's objective
  • Aim for performance over a 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km or marathon depending on the runner's objective
