16-week training for 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, and Marathon

Start Date: 10th January 2024

Duration: 16 weeks

Weekly Frequency: 2 times

Schedule:

  • Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM (intervals)
  • Sunday morning at 8:30 AM for the long run

Prerequisites:

  • Weekly running for over 60 days
  • Ability to run 12 km continuously

Group Objective:

  • Complete a 21.1 km or a marathon based on the runner's goal
  • Aim for performance in a 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, or marathon based on the runner's goal

Included with registration:

- A semi-personalized training program for the entire package duration
