Training for a half marathon and/or fall marathon
Start date: June 8, 2025
Duration: June to mid-November
Weekly frequency : 2 times
Hourly :
- Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. (intervals)
- Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. for the long outing
Prerequisites:
- Running weekly for more than 60 days
- Be able to run 12 km continuously
Group objective:
- Complete a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's goal
- Aim for performance in a 5 km, a 10 km, a 21.1 km or a marathon depending on the runner's goal
Included with registration:
- A semi-personalized training program for the entire duration of the package

- Some track training when conditions permit
