44-week Training Program for 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, and Marathon
Start Date: 10th January 2024
Duration: 44 weeks
Weekly Frequency: 2 times
Schedule:
- Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM (intervals)
- Sunday mornings at 8:30 AM for the long run
Prerequisites:
- Weekly running for over 60 days
- Ability to run 12 km continuously
Group Objective:
- Complete a 21.1 km or a marathon based on the runner's goal
- Aim for performance in a 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, or marathon based on the runner's goal
